iView Lite Instructions

When the app is run for the first time, the user must agree to the disclaimer before continuing. If they do not agree, they are unable to go any further in the process of using the app.

They will also be presented with a message to allow location and to allow notifications. They are given a choice as whether they allow or not allow each one.

Once they have agreed to the disclaimer, they can tap the button labelled “ENTER DETAILS”. They will be presented with a form allowing them to enter their basic details. These are the minimum details required to work with the wearable device.

To connect the wearable device, tap the watch icon which will be showing as red (disconnected), at the top right of the app.

You will be asked to allow Bluetooth permission. The user must accept this permission in order to connect the wearable device (watch).

Tap the add device icon near the top of this page. You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to connect a new device. Tap OK. You will be taken to the connect iView watch page which is where you will search and select the wearable device.

Tap the “SEARCH FOR WATCH” button. This should find any wearable devices within the vicinity. Tap the device that you want to add. This will configure bind and configure the watch with the details you entered when you started the app for the first time.

You will be taken back to the device screen once connected. You will notice that the watch icon which was previously red will turn orange to indicate the wearable device is connecting, and then turn green to indicate that the wearable device has connected successfully.
